ARIANNA DURLING

Arianna Durling is entering her second year with FC Copa Academy, where she serves as a full-time Manager of Administration and Head Coach. She works across both the girls and boys programs, including leading the U23 Girls summer team, the U16 Girls, and the U12 Boys. Arianna is currently working toward her U.S. Soccer D Coaching License and continues to build her impact within the club through her player-centered approach and commitment to long-term development.
Arianna brings a deep passion for coaching and helping athletes grow not only on the field but also as confident, resilient individuals. With a strong background in sport psychology, she emphasizes the mental side of the game; fostering focus, composure, and self-belief in her players.
A New Jersey native, Arianna was a standout defender at Rowan University, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. A three-year captain, she was named First Team All-Region, First Team All-Conference (NJAC), and was recognized as a Rowan Scholar-Athlete of Distinction. Arianna was inducted into the Chi Alpha Sigma National College Athlete Honor Society and named to the Philadelphia Inquirer PhillySIDA Academic All-Area Team. After graduating from Rowan, she went on to earn her Master’s degree in Sport Psychology from Leeds Beckett University in England, where she continued her playing career. Arianna’s educational background and experience abroad have shaped her holistic approach to coaching, one that values each player’s technical, tactical, physical, and psychological growth.
Arianna is dedicated to creating a positive, challenging, and supportive environment where players can reach their potential; on the field, in the classroom, and in life.
