Timur Ayaz brings a strong background in youth player development and professional soccer scouting to FC Copa. A New Jersey native and former youth player at Parsippany SC, Ayaz has built his coaching experience around developing young players and helping them grow within the game.

Ayaz holds a United States Soccer Federation coaching license and has more than two years of experience as a Head Coach within New York Red Bulls youth programs. During his time with the Red Bulls, he worked across multiple youth soccer environments, including Madison SC, Hub of Denville, Hoboken United, and the West Side Soccer League. His experience working with players at different stages of their development gives him a strong understanding of how to create age-appropriate training environments that challenge players while continuing to build their confidence and love for the game.

In addition to his coaching background, Ayaz spent two years as a First Team Scout for the New York Red Bulls, working with both the club's First and Second Teams. This experience provided him with valuable insight into the identification and evaluation of players at the professional level, while giving him a broader understanding of the qualities and habits that help players progress within the game.

 

At FC Copa, Ayaz will bring his experience in both youth development and professional scouting to the training environment, with a

focus on helping players build strong technical foundations, develop their understanding of the game, and continue progressing as both players and athletes.

Born and raised in New Jersey, Ayaz is passionate about giving back to the soccer community in his home state. He is excited to continue his own coaching development at FC Copa while helping the next generation of players grow and enjoy the game.
