Jason Bradley returns to FC Copa with more than a decade of experience coaching youth soccer and a strong background in player development. A familiar face to the club, Bradley previously coached at FC Copa from 2023–2024, working with the U14, U13, and U10 Boys Academy teams.

Since his previous time with FC Copa, Bradley has continued to expand his coaching experience at the academy and school levels. Most recently, he served as a Head Soccer Coach with Princeton Soccer Academy, where he worked with multiple Girls Academy teams, including the U17, U16, U15, and U10 age groups. He also currently serves as the Head Girls Varsity Soccer Coach at Mount Saint Mary Academy.

Bradley’s coaching career began more than a decade ago with PS DuPont Middle School in Wilmington, Delaware, where he led both boys and girls programs. During his four-year tenure, he helped transform the program, compiling a 41-6-5 overall record across three teams and producing three undefeated seasons. He also helped revitalize the girls program, improving the team from a 3-5-2 record to 10-3 in one season, while developing age-specific training programs focused on individual growth and team development.

His experience also includes more than three years with United Soccer Academy, where he served as a Head Soccer Coach working with players across a range of ages and skill levels. In addition to leading age-specific training sessions, Bradley was involved in game-day management, speed training, and the development of new youth soccer programming.

Across his coaching career, Bradley has worked with players ranging from young developmental ages through competitive Academy environments. His approach emphasizes age-appropriate player development, technical growth, tactical understanding, and creating a competitive team culture where players are encouraged to improve both individually and collectively.

Bradley’s return to FC Copa brings valuable familiarity with the club alongside the experience he has gained working with teams and players across multiple competitive environments.
