A HISTORIC TRADITION OF DEVELOPING PLAYERS OF CHARACTER
HOME OF STATE, REGIONAL AND NATIONAL CHAMPION
PABLO ANDINO
Staff Coach | FC Copa Academy

Coach Pablo, a native of Quito Ecuador, was a four-year starter at Intisana High School where he won two Province Championships. He attended Universidad Catolica of Quito where he played on the Men's soccer side while majoring in Business Administration. Pablo played professionally for Universidad Catolica in the Second Division in 1990-1991, before moving to the United States.
Coach Pablo began coaching youth soccer in 2005 and moved to New Jersey in 2013 to begin working as a member of the Travel Soccer Program with North & East Brunswick, and assisting North Brunswick High School Teams during the offseason.
Pablo has worked with many age group boys teams since joining FC Copa in 2018. He has shown tremendous success in developing his teams to play intense attack minded soccer something he believes strongly in since growing up playing himself. Amongst his notable successes on the field, his 2013 boys victory at Jefferson Cup in 2025 was a standout moment having won with the boys moving up three divisions in three seasons prior.
“I'm proud to be a part of F.C. Copa Academy since 2018, leading many teams throughout my time here. I look forward to continuing developing players under the COPA WAY!!!”
- Pablo Andino
