FC Copa welcomed a record number of participants at the club’s 3v3 Challenge that took place on January 18th. With a number of 134 total participants between the ages of 6 and 18. The morning was filled with fast-paced and fun soccer spread out over 14 fields. Boys and girls of all ages put their technical skills on display in front of over a dozen FC Copa Academy coaches. We want to send our congratulations to the winners, Winners of the 2015-2011 bracket MUFC, 2010-2007 Red Dragons, and 2006-2004 Preston North End.
“With 134 players signed up and 33 teams taking part, it was our biggest 3 v 3 Challenge to date. It was amazing to see players competing from age 6 to 16. The level of play was highly competitive, and it made for a fantastic atmosphere throughout the day. It was great to see so many familiar faces, but even better to meet some new players attending their first Copa event. Registration is already heating up for the President's Day 3 v 3 Challenge on February 15th. We are adding a DAY CAMP FOR THE YOUNGER KIDS and also our first ever GOALIE WARS event! The last event sold out, so please register in advance to secure your spot."
