Coach Arianna Durling Named to 30 Under 30

FC Copa Academy’s Arianna Durling has been named to the 30 Promising Young Coaches for 2026 list by EDP Soccer— a recognition highlighting standout coaches across EDP leagues who are making a real impact within their clubs.

Selected through nominations from club directors, the list honors coaches under 30 for their leadership, dedication, and ability to develop players and teams.

In her second year with FC Copa, Coach Arianna serves as our Manager of Administration and Staff Coach, working across both the girls and boys programs.

She currently leads the U23 Girls summer team, U16 Girls, and U12 Boys, bringing energy, structure, and a player-centered approach to every group she coaches.

This recognition reflects the daily work she puts in to elevate our players and strengthen our academy environment.
