Metuchen, NJ - FC Copa Academies' mission is to identify, develop and educate youth soccer players and coaches in a positive, structured, and challenging atmosphere. Since the beginning, we have prided ourselves in bringing in staff who have that same mission and hope to grow in the game we love and continue in it as a passion and career.
One of the ways that we develop a challenging atmosphere is through The Elite Development Program also known as EDP. The EDP exists to support clubs whose primary goal is to develop players and support the growth of the sport in the US.
This past week, two of our amazing coaches Andre Vieira and Camille Bowen were recognized to the top 30 under 30 promising coaches who participate in EDP Soccer Leagues. These nominations come from club directors, who recognize the hard work, dedication, and ability to develop players and teams.
“We are so proud of Camile and Andre. They are two very special young coaches in our academy. They care very much about learning and developing their craft of coaching our athletes.” Said FC Copa President and Executive Director of Coaching Roberto Aguas. “We are happy that they have been acknowledged for their care and dedication to the players in FC Copa Academy and we look forward to being a part of their journey in youth soccer for years to come!”
