What is your most memorable moment or experience at FC Copa Academy?
Playing in the semi finals this year at the US Club National Cup in Colorado.
How did FC Copa Academy help you become the player you are today?
The coaches don’t let me settle or become lazy. They are always encouraging me to do my best at the highest level and push me outside of my comfort zone.
How did FC Copa Academy help you get into the college program you will be attending?
Coach Roberto spoke with the Coaches at William & Mary prior to my verbal commitment back & forth for weeks making sure it would not only be a perfect fit for me academically, but for my personality and athletic style of play.
What are your thoughts and experiences on the collegiate recruitment process with FC Copa Academy?
I went from going to college showcases prior to joining FC Copa where a handful of coaches would watch to my first College Showcase with FC Copa where over 100 top quality D1-D3 coaches checked in to watch! Some of the coaches even came back to watch all 3 days!
What would your advice be for future FC Copa Academy athletes going through the collegiate recruitment process?
Email your schedule well in advance of the College Showcase so the Coaches can make sure to catch your game. If they do come to watch, make sure to reach out & Thank them! Also fill out the recruiting questionnaire on their website. That will not only show you are interested in their program but will put you on their email list for their ID Prospects Camp.
