Our FC COPA Academy 03/04 PRE-USL Gray continued to build off their winning momentum from previous weeks, at the PA Classics Winter College Showcase.
Coming up against teams that were no higher than top 15 ranked in their respective states meant that the boys were facing high level competition. Nevertheless, the boys came away undefeated in all three games.
Led by Coach Fernando, here is what he thought about the weekend as a whole:
“Team played very well all weekend, scoring some very nice goals. Our possession rate was very high in every game and very good soccer was displayed by the players. We gave up only 2 goals from set pieces, so collectively we defended quite well too.”
We wish the boys continued success on the field as they look to finish off the year strong with any remaining games.
