FC Copa Academy Hires Massimo Cedraschi as Girls Director


 

FC Copa Academy today announced the hiring of Massimo Cedraschi as Girls Director. Coach Massimo joins FC Copa with a proven track record of developing some of the best female talent in the State of New Jersey, having led multiple organizations and teams to state, regional and national championships. Additionally, Massimo has successfully placed a large number of players into top collegiate programs on a yearly basis.

Originally from Como Italy, Massimo brings decades of coaching experience at multiple levels. Coach Massimo will be responsible for all technical programming for female players at FC Copa and New Jersey Copa FC throughout all levels of the organization including the UWS, UWS2 and U23 teams.

He will work with the FC Copa coaching staff to ensure that the Copa Way is consistently incorporated into all locations and provide FC Copa players with a best-in-class experience on and off the field.

Cedraschi holds a UEFA B License and United Soccer Coaches National Diploma and Director of Coaching Diploma and has held positions at PSA, International Girls Futbol Academy and Wayne SC. He has also served as head coach of the New Jersey Valkyries of the W-League and PSA in the WPSL.

Since its inception in 2004, FC Copa Academy has appeared in 31 state, 19 regional and 7 national finals & championships while having one of the highest college placement rates in the country, both soccer and academic, having placed over 350 students into over 180 collegiate programs and developed over 24 professional and national/international team players.

FC Copa Academy is a professional soccer organization founded in 2004, which has appeared in 31 state, 19 regional and 7 national finals & championships.
