ISAIAH SINGH

& Staff Coach | FC Copa Academy

Raised in New Jersey, Coach Isaiah Singh developed a passion for soccer from an early age, progressing through local youth and competitive circuits that shaped his understanding of the game as both a player and a leader. His early experiences instilled a deep appreciation for player development, teamwork, and the value of mentorship within the sport.
In the latter stages of his youth career, Isaiah began coaching at the grassroots level and soon took on the responsibility of overseeing his hometown recreation program. Following the pandemic, he became the club’s youngest Academy Director, leading the regrowth of its recreational and competitive programs. He trained peers and mentored younger coaches, rebuilding the program’s foundation and setting it on a path toward long term, sustainable success. Over a five-year span, he also coached multiple competitive summer league teams, helping develop a generation of players and leaders within his community.
With a background spanning coaching and operations, Isaiah has developed a comprehensive understanding of how to build programs that balance player growth with organizational excellence. He currently serves as a Staff Coach, Manager of NJ West, and Coordinator for Copa Futures, while also managing programs at the Performance Sports Center in Hillsborough, overseeing specialized clinics, courses, and camps.
Isaiah holds a USSF C License and brings a detail oriented approach to every session; emphasizing technical mastery, intelligent decision making, and a strong competitive mindset. His leadership philosophy centers on trust, accountability, and the belief that soccer is a powerful vehicle for personal growth.
