New Jersey Copa FC (NJCFC) is a semi-professional soccer franchise that competes in the National Premier Soccer League (NPSL) and the United Women’s Soccer League (UWS).

In their first year playing in the NPSL, the men’s team reached the Regional Finals, and advanced to become one of the final eight teams (out of 100+ total clubs) in the National Tournament. New Jersey Copa FC also had a player selected to the All NPSL 2nd Team and a Honorable Mention.

On the women’s side, NJ Copa FC won the Eastern Conference Title in the UWS’s inaugural season, and made it to the National Final before they fell 1-0 to the Western Conference Champion Santa Clarita. Krystyna Freda was named UWS Player of the Year, and was invited to train with top-tier NWSL’s Western New York Flash. Two players were First Team All-UWS, while two additional players were Honorable Mentions. Coach Roberto Aguas was awarded Coach Of The Year.

NJ Copa FC is looking for motivated interns who are interested in gaining experience with one of the top soccer organizations in the country.  The roles translate well to other sports organizations and  anyone interested in a career involving sports management, marketing and organizational growth and development will gain valuable experience. The demands are high, the hours can be long, but the experience and knowledge gained will be well worth it. See below for available positions.
