

New Jersey Copa FC (NJCFC) is a semi-professional soccer franchise that competes in the USL League Two and the United Women’s Soccer League (UWS).
On the women’s side, NJ Copa FC won the Eastern Conference Title in the UWS’s inaugural season, and made it to the National Final before they fell 1-0 to the Western Conference Champion Santa Clarita. Krystyna Freda was named UWS Player of the Year, and was invited to train with top-tier NWSL’s Western New York Flash. Two players were First Team All-UWS, while two additional players were Honorable Mentions. Coach Roberto Aguas was awarded Coach Of The Year.
NJ Copa FC is looking for motivated interns who are interested in gaining experience with one of the top soccer organizations in the country. The roles translate well to other sports organizations and anyone interested in a career involving sports management, marketing, and organizational growth and development will gain valuable experience.
