NJ Copa FC's Sydney Cummings Scores Winner in Big East Conference Final

NJ Copa FC's Sydney Cummings scored the game winner against No.4 seed St. John’s to help her team win the Big East Conference Final. Cummings, a UWS 2021 All East Conference Second Team selection, was also named as the Most Outstanding Offensive Player and also a part of the All Tournament team.


In addition to that, Cummings was named BIG EAST Defensive Player of the Year in her first season on the Hilltop. Cummings helped the Hoyas earn 11 shutouts along with recording three goals, one being the game-winning goal over then-ranked No. 9 Butler.
