Metuchen, NJ - FC Copa and Millstone United have expanded their FC Copa Millstone strategic partnership through FC Copa’s consulting services, providing a comprehensive entity supporting boys and girls players of all playing levels in Monmouth County. With the foundation of the agreement announced in March, FC Copa will provide Millstone United players with its curriculum, training and coaching services used at all three FC Copa locations; FC Copa Rutgers, FC Copa Brooklyn (at Aviator Sports Center) and FC Copa Millstone. From there, FC Copa and Millstone United have expanded the agreement to offer FC Copa’s array of programs and partners for all players as well as incorporating FC Copa’s back of house and club consulting services to Millstone United.
The partnership forms a unique link between all levels of an academy and a local soccer club to create a fully-integrated experience tailored to boys and girls players of all levels from recreational soccer, to travel soccer, to elite Academy competition.

Since its inception in 2004, FC Copa Academy has appeared in 26 state, 19 regional and 7 national finals & championships while having one of the highest college placement rates in the country, both soccer and academic, having placed over 350 students into over 153 collegiate programs and developed over 24 professional and national/international team players.

Millstone United’s small and full sided outdoor grass fields at its Brandywine Soccer Complex Field will host all FC Copa Millstone teams and home games. When weather conditions require it, Sportika will continue to serve as the indoor facility option for FC Copa Millstone at the 170,000 square foot sports venue in Manalapan, New Jersey.
Due to the current Covid-19 Crisis, FC Copa tryout dates have been postponed.

FC Copa Academy teams compete in premier level leagues, tournaments, showcases, and competitions locally, regionally and nationally. FC Copa Academy fields both boys and girls teams in each age group from U7 through U19 and beyond. In addition to the youth academy, FC Copa Academy provides a pathway into the college, semi-pro and professional levels via its New Jersey Copa FC collegiate programs (U20 and U23) all the way to the UWS (women) team.

Millstone United Travel Soccer has been in existence since the mid-1990s, fielding competitive travel teams and providing player development opportunities to youth players of all ages. Its teams compete at various levels in the Monmouth Ocean Soccer Association, New Jersey Youth Soccer, EDP Futures and EDP Leagues (including regional tournaments throughout the year). The club consists of boys and girls teams in the U7 through U18 age range.
